Luxury Dog-Friendly Holiday Cottages in Cheshire Near the Peak District

Super location for easy access to the Peaks and Manchester surrounds. Gated secure location. Yes it's off a busy road and there's a railway at the back but this doesn't encroach on the feeling of peace in the apartment. Claire was easily contactable and has created a very comfortable, well laid out and private accommodation. I would have rated it higher apart from one or two little easily fixed niggles. Enjoy your stay.

We booked last minute to escape a leaking tent that was about to blow away in the wind! We were checked in and warmed up within 1 hour of first messaging host and booking. The property was ready to go and even had fresh milk waiting for us. A beautiful property that felt very warm and cosy. We had a great stay and I highly recommend. Fantastic host.

Amazing location and amazing host. Slightly hard to find on the first go in the dark, but still no problem. Great communication responding within minutes. We will definitely be coming back. We had our dogs and they were welcomed even with their own little treats. Thanks very much.

Lovely home in a central location to restaurants, pubs and supermarket. Great location for exploring Cheshire. Lovely kitchen, hot rainfall shower and comfy bed.

We had a lovely stay at South Cottage for my daughter’s birthday weekend. The cottage was beautiful, cosy and welcoming, and it was the perfect place for our family to spend a few days away. Great base to stay while at a local event, and the grounds were very useful with the dog.

Stayed 3 nights in such a beautiful location, great host, super clean and comfortable, great walk through the woods for dogs, there is a train line and road nearby but you zone out form it straight away.

It is a beautifully clean, cozy and comfortable cottage with wonderful gardens and woodland to walk the dog in and we will definitely return when we are in the area.Claire was very friendly and helpful and we would thoroughly recommend of her lovely cottages

I was only there for one night. I was up from London visiting my Mum and it was perfect for me. All I wanted was a home from home in-between 9 hours of driving. North Cottage had everything I wanted and was so peaceful, not over looked and stunning surroundings. Claire was brilliant so Thank you!

Lovely grounds with a woodland where our dog could run off the lead. Private and quiet,close to supermarkets and takeaways/ restaurants.The windmill inn was a lovely dog friendly pub only a 10 minute drive awayParking right outside the cottage.Washing machine and dryer in a utility room on the grounds.Claire was informative and helpfull,responded to any questions we had within 15 minutes. Booked again for a weekend in june 🥰

Location was handy for us but we arrived at the family event late due to problems with the front door. Stairs to kitchen are a steep stepped down to the good sized kitchen.

Comfortable accomodation, good location for visiting family.

Wonderful location. I loved the recent planting of trees and the ancient woodland walk. The cottage was very comfortable and homely.We visited nearby Poynton a couple of times to eat. Also visited Jodrell Bank before it closes. The Australian adventure golf was recommended to us by family, but we didn't make it there. Close to the airport too I guess, as we swung by it on the way, although we didn't notice planes.

A fabulously quiet, peaceful and beautiful place to stay for the night. We would have happily stayed longer!There was enough space and comfort for the two of us and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed a brief walk around the grounds too!

Really lovely accommodation in a really quiet spot with beautiful grounds. It was my second visit and we’ll no doubt be back as we have family nearby that we visit. Good location for shopping center too - a bonus.
