Lovely place and perfect for the dogs to have a relaxed stay - great kitchen amenities and facilities.

This place is a lovely quiet spot in beautiful surroundings. The living area and kitchen is really spacious and comfortable, with a lovely little balcony for eating meals. The bedrooms are simple but have all the things you need - hanging space, mirrors etc. The bathrooms are modern and everywhere was really clean. Claire gave plenty of information about finding the place, checking in and all the things we needed for our short stay.

Loved our stay at The Mews. Claire was extremely responsive and happy to help if we had any questions. The space is absolutely beautiful and the kids loved it. We didn’t realise quite how close the train line was but it wasn’t too intrusive - husband was happy as he could do a bit of spotting 😂 thank you Claire and family, we had a great time x

The house is lovely! Kitchen is in the basement, but with small windows and more than equiped for any cooking you may want to do, although there are plenty of places to eat out within a few minutes walk. Living room and bedroom/bathroom are full of old beams and the place has amazing character, we loved it. I was a little worried it would be noisy in the mornings because of it's location at the roundabout, but it was fine. Plenty of tea, coffee, and shower supplies. Parking is right next to the house, which is handy. Very pretty area and quite a bit to see and do round there. Only disapointment was paying almost £50 for the cleaning and then being asked, albeit nicely, if it was possible to strip the bed and put all the bedding and towels in bags to assist the cleaning team! If I'm barely being charged for cleaning and the owner is doing it, then I don't mind helping out, but to be asked to do it to help out a team of cleaners I personally thought was cheeky.

Great place to stay, fantastic location, grounds and woodland area on the property are lovely. The north cottage we stayed in was very private and peaceful. Could park directly outside the cottage which we liked, had to reverse down a short driveway but not a problem. Would look to return should we need accommodation again very close to Poynton.

Super amazing place to stay for a couple of days. Perfect lawn with woods to explore. Quite lucky the weather was perfect so we had our dinner on the balcony with great view!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional BnB, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The flat was impeccably clean, with a level of care and attention that truly sets it apart. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided, and more.

Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful, yet they also respected our privacy, allowing us to fully enjoy the property. Their politeness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable.

The whole stay was perfect. It was the night before my wedding and my wife and her bridesmaids stayed over.

Claire was fantastic and sorted everything, even giving my wife a send off as she was on her way to our venue.

We then stayed there on the night of the wedding and it was perfect!

The Mews was the most fabulous place to stay and use as a base when we were visiting our daughter in Wilmslow. The accommodation was outstanding and the setting is beautiful. A great location from which to exploye the Peaks, Manchester and surrounding villages and town.

I needed somewhere dog friendly to stay with my two dogs for a business trip and this place was absolutely perfect! Very dog friendly, peaceful and had fantastic grounds to exercise my dogs. The house had everything I needed. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay

We had an amazing time at The Mews - it's a great space for 4 adults, 2 children & a dog! The accommodation was exactly as described- all very clean & tidy. The property was extremely well-equipped and had everything we needed to feel both at home but in a luxurious place. Claire was very responsive & helpful whenever I contacted her. The grounds were brilliant for walking our dog off-lead, with a small wooded area. The large green space was perfect for playing outdoor games. There were plenty of walks locally. I would 100% recommend this property!
