Master bedroom with en-suite shower. Twin room with family bathroom and low level shower head, open plan kitchen/dining/living area with gas fire and double patio doors leading on to private seating area with views across the gardens.

This property is all on ground level with access to the main garden areas set in 6 acres of grounds

If you are having any visitors during your stay please let us know prior to arrival for safety regulations
The rear courtyard is for the family residents only and the front lawn on the left as you enter the driveway is private too. The other field is for guest use for walks/dogs to enjoy (please pick up dog mess). Picnics can be enjoyed under the shade of the trees
Some noise can be heard from the nearby train line and road, however the place has a relaxed, calm feel. We, as a family, can be heard around the property and are here if you need us but will not be intrusive but of course would love to say hi and check you are enjoying your stay.
