A 4 bedroom, 3 shower room beautiful apartment attached to Marlfields Hall with a private entrance on ground level with stairs leading up to the open plan living/ dining / kitchen area and balcony. The open plan living area leads to 3 bedrooms, a double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms with 1 single bed in each. The master bedroom is a dormer style loft room with en-suite shower and panoramic views across the grounds of the Hall and hills of the Pennines

Main lawn are opposite house and private outside space connected to each cottage The main courtyard at rear of property and front lawn area is for family residents only Please only allow dogs on the large lawn opposite the main house
The Mews access is just inside the courtyard please keep dogs controlled until on the lawn where they are free to have a run
Please note that this is a family home and a quiet, relaxed location – not appropriate for late night, loud parties

Some areas are for the family residents use only. The field opposite house is for your use along with other guests. Private areas for family residents are the courtyard and front lawn on the left as you approach the main house.
Each cottage has its own outside space and use of large garden area
Some noise from nearby train line and road can be heard from the property
The location has a calm, relaxed feel but we can be heard around the property, as it is also our family home. We will not be intrusive but here if you need us and of course would love to say hi and check you are enjoying your stay.
